Court Closure Information

***New Hours:  8:00 am - 2:00 pm with the exception of the Traffic Division which will remain open until 4:00 p.m.  Phone hours for all divisions, except Traffic, are 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Traffic answers phones beginning at 11:00 am.

***New Filing Fees effective August 3, 2009:  For more information:  Notice of Fee Changes 

• $5 increase to first paper civil filing fees (permanent)
• $10 increase to filings and services authorized in GC sections 70626(a) and GC 70626(b) (permanent)
• $10 increase to the $20 security fee authorized by Penal Code section 1465.8 (sunsets on June 30, 2011)
